Grass-fed beef is generally leaner than grain finished. This typically results in a beefier and complex flavor profile. Leaner meats do great with low and slow cooking methods such as braising, slow roasting, smoking, and BBQ. These methods use low heat over a long period of time to break down connective tissues and proteins, resulting in tender meat.

All tastes are different, but if you are not 100% satisfied we will replace your unused portions or refund your money. Just don’t tell us on your last bite!
